Welcome To Sharpham Park

Sharpham Park is the champion of British Spelt. We are dedicated to growing this ancient grain in an organic and sustainable way to produce the most delicious and healthiest spelt possible. Our farm and mill is on a 300 acre organic estate on the Somerset Levels.

We have created a tasty selection of spelt products including flour, cereal and grain; so feel free to browse the website and discover for yourself the versatility of spelt and its wonderful nutritional properties.
