Soil Association Organic StandardMade With British Spelt
 Monty's Spelt Bread

Ingredients*

200 ml tepid water
1 tsp sea salt
1 ½ tbsp organic sunflower oil
1 tbsp Organic honey (ideally local to you)
300 grams Sharpham Park spelt flour
½ vitamin C effervescent tablet crumbled (don’t worry about the orange flavour!)
1 tsp dried active yeast


Then get creative and add any of the following:-

1-2 tbsp walnuts, linseeds, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, almonds, dried fruits, etc.

 

Depending on your breadmaker, this is the most time efficient sequence for adding the ingredients, involving the minimum washing up of measures!
