COVID-19 Update

COVID-19 Statement. – April 2020

In the midst of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic we wanted to take time to reassure you that we are doing all we can to ensure a smooth supply of our spelt products to your door. The Sharpham Park team are working 7 days a week to keep the mill running, supplying the supermarkets, shops and our website customers.

Following advice from Public Health England we are enforcing strict hygiene measures to help protect the health of our employees and essential visitors to our site.  We would like to assure all our customers that we have plenty of raw materials in stock and our transport providers have advised us that there are no delivery concerns in the UK at present. With some of our staff working from home we have less capacity to answer telephone queries so for the foreseeable future we request our customers place their orders via the website.

Please continue to place your orders as usual but do take note of the extended delivery times showing on the website due to the volume of orders we are receiving. We have a production plan and at the end of each day will add any flour stocks to the website, please make use of the ‘email me when back in stock’ button that can be found on each product page.

DPD will no longer be leaving customer's parcels with a neighbour. They can still offer to leave it in a safe place if you wish for them to not come to your door.  Your DPD driver will photograph the delivery instead of requiring a signature. 

We are currently preparing orders up to 2 days in advance, you may receive an email saying you order is being despatched, due to the volume of orders there could be a short delay before collection by DPD, this allows us to get orders packed more efficiently so please allow 48 hours before contacting us. You will receive a DPD confirmation email with your tracking number we recommend using the DPD app to track your parcels.

Our commitment to our customers remains our highest priority and we are adding more items to our pantry range on a daily basis. You can rest assured we are doing our very best in these difficult times to continue supplying our loyal customers and offer a huge welcome to the many new ones who have recently ordered from us. Your continued support and patience at this time is greatly appreciated.
