Fibre February


Do you know that  9/10 of us are not getting enough fibre in our diets… we all need 30g a day, which is why we are taking part in this year's #FibreFebruary. Fibre is extremely important as it helps to keep our digestive systems and bowels working in addition to contributing to healthy cholesterol levels and creating great gut health. Don't forget, foods that contain 6g fibre or more per 100g are considered to be high-fibre.
