On Tuesday 1st June we appeared on BBC's Escape To The Country.
Presenter Nicki Chapman, chatted to Roger about spelt, and why he chose to be an organic farmer. Nicki and her crew got to sample not only our new Organic Spelt Barista Blend, but also Roger’s lock-down endeavours of perfecting the art of sourdough.
