"As we developed our new Spelt Barista drink it was an obvious choice to try and perfect a coffee roast to match it. I soon realised it was as complicated as navigating wines, grapes, regions and ‘notes’. I love a good Argentinian Malbec so what would I like and what would match our creamy slightly nutty Spelt Barista’s Choice? My saviour was Tom at Brazier, a Somerset coffee roaster who guided me through my taste buds and that of the drink. I hope you enjoy it with our Spelt Barista as much as I do!" Roger Saul
