NON ORGANIC ONLINE EXCLUSIVE
To keep the nation baking we’re launching a new non organic white and wholegrain spelt flour. The flours are made using conventional British spelt grain and stone-milled on our farm in Somerset to create a flour that is perfect for bread, cakes, cookies, traybakes and pastry. Happy baking!!
All our flours are free from additives and are not fortified.

"During lockdown I have been baking bread for my neighbours but Sharpham Park spelt flour was not available to us 'oldies' by Waitrose online so I was delighted when I came across your special price 2.5kg bags. Your delivery service was excellent until today when your rush to despatch my order led to my receiving 8 boxes of muesli instead! A short phone call later sorted out the problem and, very generously, you suggested that I share the muesli with my neighbours. A crisis can bring out the best in people.
