"Having created the first organic spelt drink I really wanted to match it with the perfect tea and am delighted to introduce you to my favourite ‘Afternoon Blend’. Known as ‘Bonfire’ tea by my family. Softly smoked Lapsang is blended with a touch of Earl Grey to add a zesty hint of bergamot and orange peel. Creating a rich, smooth and well balanced tea, using only the finest Assam, Rwandan and Chinese teas, this is, I believe the perfect way to sit back and reflect on the day.
