Pearled Spelt and Grain get a makeover
It’s here - brand new packaging for our ancient grains; organic pearled spelt and organic spelt grain! Now you can simply peer through the window and you’ll get a glimpse; all grown and milled at our farm on the Somerset levels.
With delicious nutty flavours these grains make great additions to soups, casseroles and salads, soaking up lots of lovely flavour when cooked. We recommend the Moroccan-spiced aubergine and pearled spelt salad or a super spelt Buddha bowl.
